If you are unhappy in any way with a product or service you have received from us, we can often remedy the situation quickly and easily if you call or drop us a line using our contact page. Our returns policy however is as follows.
UK mainland customers who are unhappy in any way with items purchased on-line may return the items within 28 days for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned items. Items not in their original packaging and in saleable condition will not be refunded.
The cost of returning items will need to be covered by you. If there is no convenient way of returning items to us, please let us know and we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you during weekday working hours at a cost of £10 per parcel under 10kg.
Returning items to one of our stores
If you would like to return an unwanted item purchased on-line to one of our stores, simply bring it in within 28 days of purchase, together with your receipt and the card you used to purchase the goods for a full refund or exchange.
