Cookschool

Our cooking classes in Crouch End are a chance for us to share wonderful recipes, techniques and skills to enhance your cooking and baking repertoire. Our classes are friendly, intimate, social affairs, with no more than 10 to a class, and it's great to enjoy our dishes at the end with a glass of wine. Classes are very much hands on, balanced with lots of teaching points, mini demos and individual teaching. Recipe cards are included.

Danielle knows hew stuff; she chose really tasty recipes that required some skill, but not dauntingly so, and made sure we all had the opportunity to learn something new in a relaxed atmosphere.

Feedback wise I really enjoyed the class, I thought the recipes were well thought out and delicious. The cooking equipment was all top of the range which was great and it was a nice touch having music on. The advice and guidance was also great.

The recipes were easy to follow but things we wouldn’t have thought to make ourselves. We now have 4 new recipes to add to our repertoire. Danielle who took the class was so enthusiastic and fun but really knew her stuff offering helpful tips throughout. Wine was a lovely touch when we were eating too and very good quality. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an after work date night or getting friends together.

It was interesting seeing all the different dishes coming together. I think the format of making the food and then eating it with a glass of wine works well and makes the event very sociable.:-) I think also it was a fun night because everyone who came along was very friendly and quite social. Danielle and the assistant there were both good fun and were very helpful when we got stuck with things.... which for me was often! They both seemed to enjoy it too. A fun evening all round and I would like to come back from another class in the future.
