Dejan
Since graduating from culinary college in 1992, I spent over 30 years as a chef, enjoying making people happy through great food. I came to Season to help others do the same! I love exploring food traditions and cooking recipes my mother and grandmother passed onto me back in Hungary. I’m here to help our customers express their creativity through cooking and sharing amazing food.
Diego
I grew up in Chile, in a family passionate about food; who see food as an expression of love. My grandmother is Italian, my mother is an excellent cook, and family re-unions always revolve around food. I love the creative side of cooking, balancing flavours, and getting a positive reaction when people taste my food! For me, it's all about sharing and being around people.
Daisy
Through my travels (I lived in Hong Kong for 3 years) and living in London, I have developed a taste for a wide diversity of cuisines, from Asian to Italian, and I also love to bake. Lemon drizzle, red velvet, anything involving chocolate – classics done well. The cookery courses I have completed have fuelled my excitement for the culinary journeys ahead!
Cooking Classes at Season Islington
Our classes are designed to elevate your cooking and introduce you to new techniques, flavours and ideas. Whilst the emphasis is on learning, our classes are fun, hands-on, and we'll usually all sit around the table with a glass of wine at the end and enjoy our creations!
